The Process
We ask question after question, finding out about you. Your style, lifestyle, wants, needs, likes & dislikes. We need to know what your environment needs to say about you. Want to start the process? Contact us here and we will forward you a survey for our first discussions.
We develop a schematic design to help you visualize your new space. Taking the information we have received to date we outline a plan, it could be a single room or a whole house. Are you working with an architect? We want to know them too. Don't have an architect, we have options for you. Collaborative design is informed design.
We create construction documents to inform and direct craftspeople, trades people and contractors of how exactly to build your vision.
Next we design your palette, creating the vision, giving you an understanding of materials, finishes and colors, millwork, custom cabinetry, lighting and more. All the dressings needed to pull together your space.
After that we finalize all the drawings, layouts, and detail after detail until the space is just right.
Then your approval. We purchase, order, ship, receive and inspect. Like they way we work and want us to manage construction too? We love seeing the details all the way through construction.
